Before you begin, please have the following docs ready to email to us at info@ortonk8.org:

            Birth Certificate (hospital issued Birth Notices are not acceptable)
            Immunization Records
            Parent ID
            Proof of Residence
           
Note: Required fields are marked as "Required", and Orton Academy will receive the data exactly as it is entered.  Please be careful of spelling, capitalization, and punctuation.

The completion of the registration form does NOT confirm enrollment.  You will be contacted by Orton's Administrative Team to confirm space at your child's grade level.
