Event Time: 12PM - 5PM (VIP entry at 12PM, GA+ at 1PM, GA at 2PM. Last Call at 4:45PM)

Load In: 8AM - 10:30AM (complete set up by 11:00AM for Fire Marshal inspection)
Tear Down: Complete by 7PM

10'X10' Booth Space = $200 (pricing is linear, ie. 10'X20' = $400)

REGISTRATION DEADLINE:  DECEMBER 1, 2023.
Late registrations may be considered, pending available space.

Each vendor will be notified 4 weeks prior to the Festival to review the products that will be sold/dispersed. This notice will provide instructions necessary to access your form and edit/add information to the form.

A temporary sales tax license MUST be obtained if items are being sold. Contact City of Mesa Tax and Licensing at 480-644-2316.
