Please submit this form for all students in your household that you would like to receive a free breakfast and lunch for Monday, April 13 to Friday, April 17.  This free meal service is available for all Rosholt students, regardless whether they received free/reduced lunch or pay the full amount for meals.
 
This form can be submitted daily or weekly for the days which you would like a breakfast and lunch provided for your child(ren).  Meal order must be received by 6 am the day of pick-up.  DIFFERENT THIS WEEK ONLY: Meals for Monday only can be picked up on Monday, April 13 (1 day worth of meals due to snowstorm).  Meals for Tuesday and Wednesday can be picked up on TUESDAY morning (2 days worth of meals).  Meals for Thursday and Friday can be picked up on THURSDAY morning (2 days worth of meals).

Meals can be picked up at Rosholt High School at the concrete tables outside the Commons Entrance on Randolph Street.  Meals must be picked up between 7 and 8:30 am.  Meals are not available for pick up at any other times.

A separate form will be available starting on Friday, April 17 for ordering meals for the week of April 20-24.  Please call our Rosholt Schools Food Service Supervisor, Jess Ligman, at 715.677.3690 with any questions.
