Trauma Informed care refers to how organizations and service providers think about and respond to survivors of trauma. Such an approach includes having an understanding of the impact of trauma on the lives of survivors and the complexity involved in recovery. The purpose of this online training is to provide information and practical tools to service providers enabling them to engage with survivors of trauma in a way that is sensitive to their part experiences and their current functioning while also supporting their recovery.
