skin test

a skin test must be carried out at least 48 hours prior to your colour service.

deposits

all clients must pay a 50% deposit of chosen services to book your appointment. if you ever fail to show you will have to pay 100% upfront on future bookings.

cancellations

deposits may be refunded or carried over if your appointment is cancelled or re arranged 72hours prior.

kids

all children pay full price for services over age 11, any children under 11 must be able to sit and obtain a hair service and complete a consultation process. Only 1 parent/guardian permitted to attend appointment along with the client due to being a small salon. Lastly no kids services on Saturdays.
