Association & the Leschi Community Council from any and all liability including, but not limited to: theft, personal injury, bodily injury, strike, public enemy or act of God and to indemnify it for any damages arising from my conduct at the event. I agree to allow the Leschj Art Walk & the Leschi Community Council use of materials (including photographs and videotapes) taken during the Event for purposes of promoting the Event this year and in future years.  NMF (Neighborhood Matching Funds) is a funder of this event.
