This form is for community members to request a cosplay photo meet-up location and time to appear on the schedule. This should be filled out only by the person who is running the event.
Note that we will be doing our best to make sure every photo meet-up will have a photomeet staff member there as well to assist. You are expected to work with Tekko staff. If for any reason you are unable to host your meet-up, please contact us at photomeetups@teamtekko.us ASAP, even if it's during the con.
