Welcome to Starseed Academy Coach Training Application Process.

At Starseed Academy, you change the world by being you!
We support you in becoming a strong spiritual coach with strong coaching skills, developing your natural spiritual gifts and running a successful coaching business with simple and energetically aligned structures, as well as 1- year of business support!

This program is for you if:
  • You received a calling to become a certified spiritual coach
  • You have spiritual gifts and experience that could be put to greater use to change lives
  • You are ready to make an impact and income while doing work you love from a place of service
Our High-Level Spiritual Coach Training Program is accredited by the ICF (International Coaching Federation) for 80 coach-specific education hours.

In our LIVE 25-30 week class program, you will learn how to:
  • Become a Confident & Strong Spiritual Coach with our core 13 coaching skills, over 30 spiritual and life coaching tools, and techniques, integrating your intuition and spiritual gifts, and in class practice with direct feedback from an ICF- accredited coach 
  • Build a Successful and Sustainable Coaching Business We'll share proven, energetically aligned business structures to have in place as well as guide you to create a lucrative and sustainable business YOUR way so that you are not met with burnout or doing things that do not satisfy your soul
  • Be The Coach You Are Meant to Be You'll receive top-quality support and mentorship as you step into this new chapter in your life and career. When natural phases and resistance arise as a spiritual coach, your Instructors will be there to coach you through your blocks and anything that arises around pricing, finding clients, website copy, packages and services to offer, best marketing platform to use to find your soulmate clients, etc; This support is enough to elevate you as a coach as we offer not only support during and outside of class, but one-year business support to ask your Instructor and Director anything through our private, customized voice chat system.

This Program Includes:
  • 25+ live coach training classes, online via Zoom
  • 7 ICF mentor-coaching to strengthen your coaching skills and ICF core competencies (Additional 3 private mentor-coaching sessions to complete the 10 hours of ICF mentor coaching is at an additional cost)
  • 1 year Group chat support with your ICF- Accredited Instructor to answer any questions regarding marketing, clients and your offers as you are building your coaching business
  • Lifetime access to manual and class recordings

With our 46 hours of synchronous training (live in-class training), 24 asynchronous hours (readings, practice sessions, watching video, book report), and 7 hours of ICF group mentoring classes (+ 3 hours private mentoring), students who successfully complete all the requirements of the program will receive 80 hours of ICF coach specific education hours that can go towards their Associate Certified Coach (ACC) or a partial certificate that can go towards their Level 1 accreditation.

To maintain high-quality support for each of our students, we only hold space for 6-8 students per cohort | 2-3 times per year.

  • Our next cohort date: Wednesday, April 24th, 2024 (Bonus Kick-Off Call on Tuesday April 16th)
  • Time: Evening (5 PST/ 8pm EST) and Day Class times are available (9am PST/12pm EST)
  • The Lead Instructor: Julian Crosson-Hill, ACC Spiritual Coach & Human Design Specialist (Evening Classes) with observations from Director of Starseed Academy, Minerva Maharajh, PCC Spiritual & Manifestation Coach (Day Classes)
  • Cost: $4500 USD Pay in Full or 3-12 month payment plans available (see application below)
  • Tuition increases to $6000 USD as of April 23rd.

Step 2 - Receive an email response within 1-3 business days as to whether we have a spot available and if you have been accepted into the program or recommended to apply at a later date.
Step 3 - If accepted into the program, you will have 72 hours to complete your registration to secure your spot into the program with first or full payment and a signed student agreement form. A registration phone call may be scheduled if needed.

Our Director of Education and ICF Accredited Professional Certified Coach, Minerva Maharajh, reviews each application and approves the right candidates into the program.

Although our program and processes have worked for Minerva, many of her clients and our students, we cannot guarantee results, clients or income. We are always committed to providing the highest level of instruction but ultimately it is up to you to create the results your want for yourself.
