If you see something: Say something!!! You all know what is right and wrong behavior. Conflict is a behavior that can happen daily between people. There can be many conflicts at school you can solve yourself by Speaking up. But there are times when you need help and you might not know what to do. First use the option of talking to a peer, friend, teacher, school counselor, Admin or parent to problem solve the conflict. IF you CAN"T talk to someone and it is something that needs to be anonymous [no one knows the reporter] then use this form. It will go directly to Mrs. O'Connell. She will direct the problem to the appropriate place. Admin, parents or police.

If you want to hear from Mrs. O'Connell about the system.

Name of the person being bullied or harassed.

Name of the person who is doing the bullying or harassment.

Name of the person who is reporting if you would like someone to talk to you in private.
