BADMINTONPHOTO / BWF form for Media - THOMAS AND UBER CUPS 2020

Due to the Covid-19 crisis and the sanitary measures needed to be taken to safely host badminton events until the end of the year, the number of media accreditations - including photographers - had to be drawn to a minimum. BWF has decided to appoint its official agency Badmintonphoto to provide a free service to Official Media* wishing to get live images for the upcoming Thomas and Uber Cup finals to be staged in Aarhus, Denmark, from October 3rd to October 12th 2020.

Before using this service, each Media needs to fill this form and understand the principles of this offer, which includes rights for editorial and non commercial use only. This form is mandatory before we set up an account for you to benefit from this service.

Badmintonphoto photographers will try to cover as many matches as possible in order to fullfil every media's needs, however, the shooting conditions and the format of the tournament will most likely be challenging. No request of specific players can be made by media but we hope to be able to meet your needs.

Images will be available shortly after each session - or even during sessions for Quarter finals onwards.

FOR PRINTED MEDIA
- High resolution images for printed copies

FOR ONLINE MEDIA
- Low resolution images with BP watermark to be used for all online platforms

Small alteration to images (light cropping and colour editing) can be done as long as the Watermark remains fully in the image

IN ANY CASE, MEDIA CAN NOT :

- Give our images to any third party (Nor use in a Press release for other media to use)
- Use our images for any commercial purposes (in a commercial ad for instance)

We will use low resolution images with Badmintonphoto's watermark for our needs on social network platforms  and websites.
