Dear attendees of the EAAE Congress in Rennes,

On Wednesday 30 August evening we propose Breton game (named palets, see- Demonstration of "palet") and running activities.

We’ve created this very short survey for two main reasons:

- To get the closest estimate of participants

- Because there is unfortunately a max number of participants for each activity (selection on the first positive answer to the questionnaire, first registered)
