My student must be signed in & out by a designated adult each day via the Procare Check-in kiosk

My student is required to bring a PEANUT/TREE NUT FREE lunch every day. Meals provided by KiC will result in an additional fee.

I will complete a new form to notify KiC of any schedule changes to allow for staffing adjustments
