RESOLUTIONS FOR CONSIDERATION
During a meeting of the Executive Committee,  Saratoga Battle Chapter NSSAR, the following changes to the Bylaws were recommended for consideration by the membership.
Resolution 2021-01 Shall the Saratoga Battle Chapter, Empire State Society, Sons of the American Revolution amend the Chapter Bylaws, Section III Titled MEETINGS to allow for electronic, or “virtual” meetings? *
2021-02 Shall the Saratoga Battle Chapter, Empire State Society, Sons of the American Revolution amend the Chapter Bylaws Section XIII, OFFICERS’ TERMS OF OFFICE, to extend the terms of office for one year in the event a biennial election is cancelled? *
