This form is for adult members to complete, if you are under 18 please complete this form with a parent or legal guardian.

If you would like to represent Team UK at the 2023 OCR European Championships or FISO OCR World Championships please complete this application (note this includes the 100m championships). This is required for all athletes even if you have already qualified or have been selected. British Obstacle Sports may contact you to request additional information based on the email address and phone number provided for the purposes of selection.

There is an optional question to enter any key race results that demonstrate your experience. You may want to prepare this in advance.
