Join OARS on Sunday, October 9 at the Old Calf Pasture Boat Launch in Concord for a fall paddle, organized by OARS volunteer and Board Member, Roger Beatty. Meet at 8:30am for a 9:00am departure. Boat launch is located at the Lowell Road Bridge (20A Lowell Road), Concord. We will paddle downstream through the Concord section of the Great Meadows National Wildlife Refuge, to Ball’s Hill and then return upstream, approximately 6 miles roundtrip. Expect to be back at original launch point by noon. This is a free, open to the public paddle. Bring your own boat, pfd and water.
