Waukesha North Youth Football (WNYF) - Player Registration 2024 Season
     A $75 Registration Deposit is due at time of sign up. Remaining Player Fees will be due by the equipment handout date (August 2024) along with a $250 Equipment/Volunteer Refundable Deposit, or program will be unable to issue equipment. The youth football season starts in early August 2024.

     March 13th, 2024 is the WNYF Official Signing Day & Parent/Player Meeting, but registration remains open until the start of the regular season. The material  discussed at the meeting can be found on our website. All registrations must be done online.

     Summary of fees and deposits:
*   Total Player Fees for season is $300 ($75 deposit + $225 final payment) - preferred by Venmo or Check;

     Why do we prefer that you register early for football? Our league (AAYFL) registration is due by April. We are required to provide the league with teams and levels so they can assign us properly within the league divisions.

     Waukesha North Youth Football (WNYF) will supply a helmet, chin strap, shoulder pads, and both practice and game jerseys and pants. This equipment is issued for your Player's use but remains the property of WNYF and must be returned promptly at the end of the season.

     A refundable equipment deposit check is required for program-issued equipment (combined with volunteer deposit). All issued equipment must be returned promptly at the end of the season at one of the equipment return dates. Failure to do so will result in forfeit of deposit and possible increased deposit in future. We re-certify equipment at the end of the season, late returns delay the process and cause us to incur additional fees.

     Each Player is required to provide own 5-pad girdle, football cleats, and mouthguard. Some Players choose to purchase their own chin strap, receiving gloves, and/or arm pads, which is up to each family.

     WNYF is a 100% volunteer-driven organization. Volunteering is required of participant families. Without family involvement, we are unable to operate. We will send out a master signup at the beginning of the season with multiple opportunities for concessions, chain gang, clock/announcer, etc. Each participant will be required to fill one shift during the season. You do not have to work during your Players' game. There is a $250 volunteer deposit check required for each Player (combined with equipment deposit). Assuming that your volunteer shift is completed the check is returned to you or destroyed at the end of the season AFTER your Player's equipment is returned.
NOTE: PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE SIGNING UP FOR YOUTH FOOTBALL VOLUNTEER POSITIONS. The high school booster club runs a similar signup for the high school and is not affiliated with the youth programs.

     IMPORTANT: WNYF and all other AAYFL teams are bound by districting rules. Please contact us prior to registering if you are not in the Waukesha North district or attendance area or have questions on the league's districting rules.

If you are interested in coaching during the 2024 season please contact us at waukeshanorthfb@gmail.com. We are always looking for people to help in this vital role. All coaches will be required to pass a background check and complete training provided by the program.

You will see a confirmation screen after submitting your registration. We try to keep email contact to a minimum in the off season. Emails will become more frequent as we get closer to important dates and from your head coach as the season start arrives.
