Event to support peer-led STEM groups and their members (and prospective members!); to help leaders to connect and collaborate, and to problem solve on various areas of interest that will help their groups thrive.  Co-hosted by GradPro, VSPA and QB3-Berkeley.

1:15-2pm, From Group Leadership to Careers: Reflections from Leadership Alum
Former peer-led group leaders will share their experiences and retrospective reflections on how group leadership impacted their career path after graduation.

Virtual Panel 2
2-2:45pm, Recruiting and Maintaining Inclusive Group Membership
Current group leaders will share their successes and best practices for recruiting and retaining new members and fostering an inclusive membership experience.  

Virtual Panel 3
2:45-3:30, Leadership Transitions, Succession Planning and Group Continuity
Learn approaches to successfully secure new leaders, support leadership transitions, and ensure that institutional memory is maintained.
