The Ogden Music Festival is accessible to all guests with disabilities, and we're happy to accommodate festival patrons with mobility disabilities.

Please complete this form to request parking or camping in our ADA parking and camping areas. Upon entry to the festival, please present your handicapped placard to the parking attendants, and they will point you in the right direction.

Please note that this form does not act as a ticket to the festival, parking or camping, and you will need to purchase regular festival, vehicle parking or camping passes.
