Frankfort Independent Schools - Tuition Application
Thank you for your interest in the Frankfort Independent Schools. Please complete the following application, according to whether your student is a returning tuition student or a new tuition student. If you have multiple tuition students, you will need to fill out an application for EACH student.

If you are a new applicant, please be sure to have required documentation ready when you complete this application.

Required Documentation Includes:
*Current report card
*Current attendance data
*Current behavior data
*Current assessment data (i.e. - MAP scores, iReady scores, Kentucky Summative Assessment scores)
*Related Services documents (i.e. - IEP, 504 plan, PLP for EL students, gifted and talented documentation, etc.)

The deadline for this application is Monday, July 1, 2024.

All applicants will be notified of their acceptance status by Friday, July 12, 2024. 

Each applicant will receive an email from the school-level principal, whether they are accepted or not accepted. If accepted, each applicant will be expected to sign a tuition agreement stating they understand and will adhere to the Frankfort Independent School Tuition Guidelines and Expectations, which will be shared with each applicant upon acceptance.
