In an effort to document and record the impact of COVID-19 on the Estes Valley community, the Estes Park Museum is asking you to share your experience with us and future historians.

By completing this form, you hereby grant ownership without restriction to the Town of Estes Park, operator of the Estes Park Museum for the use of any or all materials submitted here. All materials resultant from the submission will become property of the Town of Estes Park, the operator of the Estes Park Museum, which will have the right to accession these materials where they will be made available to the Town of Estes Park staff and to the public. At the discretion of the Estes Park Museum, the submission, or any part thereof, may be used, reproduced, displayed, or exhibited.

The Estes Park Museum reserves the right to refuse submissions based on language, content, lack of purpose, answers irrelevant to the survey, or answers submitted from outside the Estes Valley.
