Program requirements:
* Participant must be at least 17 years of age. (Under 18 requires parental permission).
* Participant must be physically able and willing to perform various types of manual labor in adverse weather conditions (e.g. heat, humidity, cold, rain).
* Participant must be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Participant is required to be at the farm for training sessions on Mondays from 8 to 3 for the duration of the program.
* Payment plans are available. A $100 deposit (minimum) is required prior to the program's start date.
