To help me streamline the registration process and make it easier to track class registrations each month, I am using this new format. Within 48 hrs of submission of this form you will receive an email request from me to submit proof of vaccination. If you are not vaccinated or are uncomfortable providing proof of vaccination, you will be unable to participate in my in-person events. Virtual events are always an option.  

Payment for in-person events may be made by cash or etransfer (to Lgirsa@gmail.com) the day of the event. Payment for virtual classes must be made via etransfer upon registration.

Covid Protocols for in-person classes:

All class participants must provide proof of second dose Covid vaccination upon completing this registration form. This is not only to minimize the risk to other class guests, but also to keep my home safe and Covid-free.

If you are ill or have been exposed to someone with Covid-like symptoms, please stay home and do not attend class. Full refunds will be provided if you are unable to attend an event for which you have registered due to illness or Covid exposure.

Classes will be kept to a maximum of 10 participants per session to allow for distancing and reduce congestion at work stations. Early registration is encouraged.

Mask wearing during classes and events will be required.

Air purifiers will be used in my studio space to ensure proper ventilation and clean air circulation.

Hand sanitizer will be available at all tables and work stations and its use will be encouraged.

The candy buffet will include only individually wrapped treats.
