Preliminary Qualifications
We take this commitment seriously and understand that faculty must first be able to model the Christian life. Then they are able to teach content and life more fully from a Christian Worldview helping to disciple our PK-12 students to foster a lover relationship with Jesus Christ. It is our prayer that our faculty will help the children under our care to grow academically pursuing sanctification and spiritual maturity. 

For these reasons, we are only able to employ those who:
▪ have acknowledged their sinfulness (Rom. 3:23), have received Christ as Savior (John 3:16-18), and have made a personal commitment to follow Him, no matter the difficulty or sacrifice required (Matthew 16:24).
▪ are active participants in a local Protestant church

Additionally, because all of the positions in our school require working in close sensitive contact with minors (children under the age of 18), we are required to check references, driver's records, and criminal records. We assure you we will treat this information with high a standard of confidentiality and grace.
