2023 Wincey Mills Outdoor Market Series Vendor Application 
Thank you for your interest in participating in the Wincey Mills Outdoor Market Series! The market aims to provide residents and visitors with quality produce and products from local farmers and artisans, and a fun, festive experience with delicious food, shopping and live music!  

The Wincey Mills Outdoor Market Series will be held one Sunday a month, 10 am - 4 pm, from May to September. The location is outdoors in the Wincey Mills parking lot, at 31 Mechanic St in Paris.

The vendor fee is $60 + HST for one Market Day, or $200 + HST for 4 Market Days.

Vendors will be accepted as space allows.

Market Guidelines
1. Eligibility:
1.1. Spaces are limited. Vendors are accepted based on the appropriateness to the integrity of the market mix and the production location. If an application is declined, it will be kept on file and may be accepted at another time.

1.2. The final product must be produced within 150 km of Paris. Reselling local food items is acceptable, however producers have precedence.

1.3. If the vendor wishes to sell products beyond the products indicated in this application, the vendor must receive approval from the Events Coordinator prior to selling the additional products.

1.4. All prepared food vendors must follow the Food Vendor Information Guide and submit the Food Vendor Application Form by May 1st to the market manager. More info at: https://www.bchu.org/ServicesWeProvide/Inspections/FoodSafety/Pages/Guidelines.aspx 

1.5. In order to be considered for a space at the market, vendors must submit a complete application, understand and follow the market guidelines and pay the market fees in advance.

2. Fees:
2.1. The vendor fee is $60 + HST for one Market Day, or $200+HST for 4 Market Days.

2.2. Vendor stalls are secured with full payment of fees. Once you've been notified that your application is approved, payment can be made by e-transfer to shastas@psl-ca.com to secure your spot.

3. Setup:
3.1. Vendors are provided with a 10 x 10 ft space. Vendors must supply their own tables, tent, weights/sandbags, and hydro (if required).

3.2. Vendors must be completely set-up before the market opens and remain open for the entirety of the market. After the market opens, vendors will not be allowed to set up. Vehicle traffic will not be permitted in the market area during the market hours.

3.3. Vendors must notify the Events Coordinator at least 24 hours in advance if they are not able to come to a market.

3.4. Vendors are responsible for keeping space clean and removing their garbage at the end of day. It is recommended that vendors strive to minimize packaging and use of single-use plastics.
