At Bottesford Infants there are some activities which may take place that require parental consent in order for your child to participate in them.

We also sometimes take photographs and videos of pupils which can be used in the school's prospectus, on the schools website and on display boards around the school.

Please complete the form below to confirm whether consent is given for each of the ways in which photographs and videos can be used along with the activities your child may participate in.

If you change your mind at any time, you can let us know by e-mailing admin.bottesfordinfants@northlincs.gov.uk, using the contact form on our website, calling 01724 862483 or by just popping into the school office.

Whilst your child is at Bottesford Infant School, they will be given the opportunity to participate in local visits e.g. St Peters Church or looking at local buildings. These visits will be under the supervision of the class teacher plus additional adults. I agree/do not agree that my child may take part in any short walking visits to local places, which may be arranged during the school day. *
