SunFest 2024 Media Application

Please fill out the application in its entirety to be considered as an official attending press for SunFest 2024, on May 3 - 5.

Outlets with multiple people attending should fill out a form for EACH person.

By submitting your application, you are acknowledging you have read and understand the guidelines and requirements and agree to the media terms and conditions outlined on the SunFest Media Page.

NOT ALL APPLICATIONS WILL BE APPROVED. Official attending press will be limited - this is ONLY A REQUEST. Please note that filling out this application does not guarantee you will be granted access to the festival or the photo pit.  

Only approved media will have access to the PHOTO PIT. If you are requesting access to the photo pit, please indicate when prompted.  Space is limited. 

If you are a FREELANCER, you must be approved by an outlet to cover the festival on their behalf. Please provide the editor's information so that we can verify you are authorized to work on their behalf. 

Attending media are evaluated on multiple factors including, but not limited to: scope of coverage proposed, site reach/circulation, past coverage of SunFest and many other details.

ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY APRIL 5, 2024.

Do not follow up with us as we will not have an answer for you. You will receive a response indicating whether you are confirmed or not approximately two weeks before the festival. 

The information collected here is only for internal use by SunFest and will not be shared with any outside parties. 

For outlets approved to receive media credentials, you agree to email Sunfest@slatkowhusak.com a link to your coverage online. If the story appears in print, you will provide us with the date on which the coverage appears so that we may obtain a copy. Mailed copies are appreciated.

Please outline the types of coverage you are planning on creating at SunFest 2024. SunFest is primarily looking for outlets that can provide pre-coverage, on-site coverage, and/or social support for the festival. This year, SunFest is looking for content that goes beyond generic artist interviews - please be creative! Specifically, we are looking for ideas that speak to the festival as a whole, along with ideas that are based around our unique venue in West Palm Beach.
