COVID-19 Home Asymptomatic Testing - Pupil Results

Please complete the form below following completion of your home test.

If your child's test is NEGATIVE they can attend school as normal.

If your child's test is INVALID you will need to retake a test and resubmit the results.

If your child's test is POSITIVE (two lines on the LFT) they must have a PCR test at a Covid Testing Site to confirm the result. Tests should be booked via the Government website – https://www.gov.uk/get-coronavirus-test – or the NHS 119 dedicated helpline.

While you await a Covid Test (PCR) and the test results, all members of the household must self-isolate and remain at home.

Please contact the school if your child's home test is positive and we will ensure that all remote learning and any additional support is put in place.
