This form is to be used for all requests to cancel an existing event registration. Please complete all questions.

Each request will be reviewed within 7-10 business days.

Refunds are subject to a $10 processing fee.

Refunds will not be given:
If request for cancellation is received after October 14, 2022; in the case of inclement weather; and/or in the case of missed events.
