Title IV-A State-Level Uses of Funds Survey
Title IV, Part A is a newly enacted grant for 2017-18, known as the Student Support and Academic Enrichment (SSAE) Grant. Title IV-A is a flexible block grant that authorizes activities in three broad areas:

-Offering well-rounded educational experiences to all students;
-Activities which foster safe, healthy, supportive, and drug-free environments that support student academic achievement; and
-Increasing access to personalized, rigorous learning experiences supported by technology.

The majority of the funds received under this grant are sub-granted to Wyoming school districts, and a provision of the Title IV-A grant provides for a state-level reservation of funds for activities in the above categories. Your participation in this survey will help guide the use of these funds.

For more information, contact Mark Bowers, WDE Title IV-A Program Manager, at mark.bowers@wyo.gov or (307) 777-8739. Note that activities supported by state-level Title IV-A funds are contingent upon the continued funding of the program by the Federal government.
