NOTE: Membership is due by November 1st to guarantee that you will be listed in the next course guide.  Changes/additions to name, phone, address, e-mail or website are made annually, upon renewal of membership.  Even if there are no changes, please provide your full information. The membership period is from November 1, 2019 to November 1, 2020.  Late renewals will not be prorated.
