Session 3 Enrichment Clubs"23
  Please fill out form and select all clubs your child will join this session. Please only check one one per day but can attend as many as they would like per week.

Each club will report to dinning hall after school lets out, they will be provided a snack and then released to the club leader at 3:30pm. Wednesdays 2:30-3:30 You will pick up your child from the dinner hall at 4:30pm(3:30 on Wednesday) (please bring id with you for pickup) (you will pick up from cubs assigned table in the dinning hall, please don't forget to sign them out). If your child needs to stay at aftercare AFTER their enrichment club you will be charged for aftercare($15).

Each club has limited spots. We will take first come first serve. You will be notified if your child gets moved to the wait list, If you don't hear from us it means you child is enrolled in the club and you will be charged on your parent portal, there will be no refunds for missed days of the club sessions. We do not require vendor make up days due to school closer due to weather or safety. 

All clubs are subject to cancellation if at least 10 students are not enrolled by the start date, you will be notified if the club is canceled.

Clubs are open to Grades K-8 unless otherwise stated.

It is understood that I will be fully accountable for any and all costs incurred in the treatment of my child. I have read and understand the payment schedule, conduct, dress code, medication, cancellation, and late pick-up policies, and I agree to abide by them.
