Please fill out the form if you are interested in collecting each design in the series as it becomes available.

You can choose to have each one sent as it releases ie monthly or have them sent every 3 months. The first design should be available in December. Each design will be shipped in a tracked envelope. If you'd like to add to the auto shipment, please contact me prior to paying your invoice which will be emailed to the email address supplied on this form. Cost of each design is $19.50. Patterns will be sent in a tracked envelope which at this point in time is $5.80.

You can also choose to have the specialty threads sent with each design. Fabric options will be a personal choice! Please let me know if you'd like to discuss fabric options. The website listing of the first design will have the fabric requirements listed.
