Code of Conduct

Also-Known-As wants to ensure community members can come together to build a safe environment for all. To that end, the Also-Known-As Board community members are expected to adhere to the following:

Respect: all community members must show basic respect for others and refrain from disruptive behavior both in-person and virtually.

Discrimination: all community members are to be respectful of others’ race, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, age, and other personal characteristics. Discrimination against the following will not be tolerated.

Sexual Harassment and Violence: sexual harassment, sexual assault and stalking in any form will not be tolerated. Verbal and/or physical aggression/violence and threatening behavior will not be tolerated.

Drugs/Alcohol: Also-Known-As does not condone any illegal drug use and expects community members to conduct themselves in a well behaved manner such as monitoring excessive alcohol consumption and maintaining appropriate form.

If there is any questionable behavior that either makes you or a community member uncomfortable, please alert a member of the Board of Directors.

If it is brought to our attention that you are behaving in a way that is inappropriate, the Board of Directors will discuss in greater detail and proceed with mandatory discussions, address any disciplinary action, set up any plans or removal from the community if necessary.
