Pre-Order Meal Packages
At IndianaMUNC VI, we offer advisors and delegates the opportunity to pre-order and pre-pay their meals throughout the conference, beginning with dinner on Friday and ending with lunch on Sunday. The meal package includes four meals (Friday dinner; Saturday lunch and dinner; Sunday lunch). A free pizza dinner on Friday will be provided regardless of whether your delegation purchases a meal package. All meal packages must be purchased for the entire delegation by the advisor at $40 per delegate.

Lodging & Shuttle:
The conference will take place in classrooms on the Indiana University campus. Our hotel partners are the IMU Biddle Hotel, The Graduate, and the Hilton Garden Inn Bloomington - PLEASE BOOK THESE HOTELS THROUGH US FOR A DISCOUNTED RATE and through your registration portal one you have registered. If you choose to stay at the Graduate or Hilton Garden Inn, we strongly recommend that you purchase the IndianaMUNC shuttle service at $15 per delegate. Parking on campus can be challenging/expensive, and we can provide only limited support with regards to on-campus bus parking. You can choose to purchase this shuttle service at a later date if convenient by contacting us at admin@indianamun.com.
