We are a small boutique business with limited capacity and therefore depend to a very high degree on our appointment times being filled. Failure to “not show” for any appointment has a huge impact on us as a business, and we ask you to please respect this. This means we do require a fee to secure your photography session booking. Please note that weekends are most in demand.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY: 

In the unlikely event that Company is unable to perform to the guidelines of this contract due to an injury, illness, act of God, act of terrorism, or other cause beyond the control of the Company, the Company will make every effort to secure a replacement. If the situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the Services(s).

Due to the nature of our services and the time commitment we make, there are no refunds.

1. A $200 fee secures portrait session for the date/time agreed upon.
2. Retainer fee is nonrefundable for cancellation of session.
4. Any cancelled or missed session appointment automatically converts the session deposit into a studio credit voucher.
6. Any more than a 10 minute appointment “late show” is automatically cancelled.
7. Any administration/processing fees incurred by Alan Rose Portraits, Inc. will not be refunded.
