All players who are representing Spikers Volleyball Club (the Club) MUST read through the following letter and sign it before any tournament or game begins. This has to be done for every event.

Note: Specific rules and penalties will varies depending on different tournaments and games. Please talk to your respective Captains for details.

Acknowledgement *

I acknowledge that in signing this letter of commitment, I am committed solely to the club and I cannot commit to any other clubs in 2020, unless I obtain written permission from the club president. Any player who signed a letter of commitment with multiple clubs is subject to suspension for the entire 2020 season.

Commitment to the Club *

I agree to pay the disclosed club competition and training fees in full by their due date. Players with outstanding fees past the due date will have their membership suspended until the outstanding amounts are paid in full. I will support the successful running of the club in word and deed, including being a current registered member of Volleyball Queensland (VQ).

Training & Playing Time *

I understand that I must attend training on a regular basis if I am committed to any games and tournaments.Penalties will be made if I am late or not showing up at the venue. I understand that players who attend regularly and perform during training will have more opportunity on court during competitions.

I understand that I am responsible for my own and other players safety and wellbeing whilst participating in any activities organised by the club. Brisbane Spikers is not liable for any injuries and any medical and post injury treatments are solely at the individual’s expense.
