국제교류팀에서 프로그램 진행에 필요한 개인정보를 아래와 같이 수집 및 이용하는데에 동의합니다.
   가) 수집항목: 개인식별정보 (이름, 학번, 학년, 소속(전공), 학적, 이메일주소, 참가 희망 여부, 관심있는 프로그램, 문의사항)
   나) 수집이용목적: 단기파견프로그램 설명회 진행
   다) 이용 및 보유기간: 귀하의 개인정보는 수집-이용에 관한 동의일로부터 프로그램 종료 시까지
         또는 본인이 거부의사를 밝히기 전까지 위 이용목적을 위하여 보유-이용됩니다.
   라) 동의를 거부할 수 있으며, 동의 거부시 단기파견프로그램 참여가 제한됨을 알려드립니다.


I agree that Office of International Affairs collects and uses personal information for the admission process, managing, and promoting short-term programs.
  a) Personal Information to be collected and used: Name, Student ID Number, Current year of studies, Affiliation,  E-mail address, willingness to participate, programs interested in, questionnaires)
  b) Purpose: admission, management, and promotion of short-term programs
  c) Period of retain and use: Personal Information will be retained and used from the time it is collected until the end of program or until the request of destruction is received
  d) You may disagree to the collection and usage of personal information, however if you disagree, we cannot accept your application
