PA Fair Queen Program - Request for 2021 State Competition Application Packet

The PA Fair Queen Program requires that each Fair interested in entering a fair queen contestant in the 2021 state competition complete and submit this form by FEBRUARY 29, 2020. The information will be used to update the Program's database for purposes of distributing the 2021 State Contest Application Packet as well as any other contest-related notifications.
