MCBC Welfare, Comments and Concerns Form

This form is for you, as members of MCBC, to express any comments, concerns, or issues you have with MCBC. These can be related to how the club is being run, organised, how you are experiencing rowing or any welfare concerns you have.

All responses are completely anonymous unless you wish to give your name. If you do give your name, Emily is more than willing to discuss issues with you further, in person, on zoom, or over messenger (completely confidential) and offer help in any way she can.

The only person who can see the responses of this form is Emily Thornton (MCBC Welfare Officer), and issues will remain with her unless she feels it ought to be escalated further to Charlotte (president) and College if absolutely necessary. Nothing will be done without consulting you first.
