2024 Enlighten Summer Camp Registration
Notes:

1. EES Summer School registration is still going on. Our early bird promotion will end on 3/31. After that, all camps' price will change to normal price.

2. Registration fee is $50 per student. It will be waived for EES/ECS/EPS and returning summer camp students.

3. All grades listed are entering grades for the next school year.

4. Cancelation Policy:
    (a) If you cancel registration before May 1st, 2024, the paid camp fee minus a $60 handling fee will be refunded.    
    (b) After May 1st, 2024, and one week before your child’s camp starts, 50% paid camp fee will be refunded, and $60 handling fee needs to be paid .                                  
    (c) Before May 1st,  if you want to transfer the camp to another one, the $30 operation fee will be charged for per change. After 3/31, early bird prices will be expired, and all camps will be registered with full price. After May 1st, you can only cancel the original registration and register again for another camp.       
    (d) No REFUND or CREDIT will be issued within one week before  camp starts.
    (e) If you cancel the registration, registration fee is non-refundable.     

5. Enlighten Happy Summer Camp has the right to cancel the camp if there isn't enough registration. We will fully refund the fee if it happens.

6. Optional lunch fee is $50/week. No daily purchase option.

7.You may pay the camp fee electronically through Zelle, or by check.

8. Please note that there will be NO summer camp program from 7/1-7/5. We will have a one-week break during this period.


Payment instructions for Zelle pay:

1. Use Zelle

2. Add a new recipient: eestuition@gmail.com

3. For business name, please write: Enlighten Enrichment School

4. Put Student's  First Name, Last Name, Entering Grade and purpose to Memo, such as Sam Li G3 Summer Camp W1, W2
 
5. Write down the confirmation number of the transaction. For Citibank user, please write down "Zelle Debit PAY ID" from Account activity

6. If you have paid twice due to the daily limitation, please write down those information from both transactions.

7. Fill these information to the corresponding areas in the payment section of this google registration form.


Payment instructions for Check pay:

1. Please pay to: EES

2. Put Student's First Name, Last Name, Entering Grade and XX fee to Memo, such as Sam Li, G3, Summer Camp fee.

3. Drop off check to EES office or mail it to P.O Box 321242, Los Gatos, CA 95032
