Image Consent form for Tapestry Online Learning Journal

We need your permission before we can photograph or make any recordings of your child. We may take photographs for several reasons whilst your child is with us - to document what they enjoy doing, to record their learning and development and to share this with you. We may also use Tapestry to record special events and achievements.

Tapestry Online Learning will be used to send you observations of your child, which might include photos and videos.

If you give your permission below, you will be able to see group observations, which might include photo and videos with other children. Consequently, other class members of the Tapestry Online Journal might be able to view photos and videos of your child. You have the option to view any photographs that we have or intend to use in Tapestry.

Please note this form relates only to Tapestry Online Learning Journal and does not replace Newton Poppleford School's consent for use of photographs and other media.

Withdrawal of consent

You can withdraw your consent in writing or request to see photos taken at any time. This form is valid whilst we use Tapestry Online for journaling your child's development in Reception Class. It is your responsibility to let us know if you wish to withdraw or change your consent at any time. You can do this by filling in and submitting a new form.
