Guest Registration Required.
Due to the recent increase in vandalism, burglaries, vagrants gathering, sleeping and passing-out in common areas and porches of our properties. For the security and safety of our tenants we now require all guests be registered. Our lease form states we will address habitability and safety issues promptly. Since this is a habitability and safety issue it is effective immediately. Anyone not on the lease or registered will be asked to leave. If they refuse to leave the authorities to begin the trespassing process. 

Registration and Approval.

Fill out a separate form for each guest you want to register.

Minor guests must be accompanied by the tenant or registered guest.
In order to register a guest this form must be completed for each guest by a tenant named on the lease. 

By completing submitting this form the tenant is accepting responsibility for the guest while visiting our properties.

  • Photo ID can be submitted for guest approval as follows:
  • Text a legible photo of the front and back of the current ID to 765 400 3491
  • Email a legible photo of the front and back of the current ID to 765maintenance@gmail.com
  • Or schedule an appointment to register your guest.
