We offer exceptional soccer programs for girls and boys ages 3-18.
We are a community first performance based soccer club serving North Central Colorado.
We were founded in 1981 and have over 1,800 recreational and competitive players currently playing soccer.
We focus on the technical and tactical development of each individual player within a team setting.

All of our coaches, staff, and volunteers share in the belief that fostering the youth in our community leads to a better community as a whole.

Dear Applicant,

As a member of the Board of Directors (“BOD”) of Saint  Vrain FC (“SVFC” or the “Club”), you would be expected to provide governance for the Club in accordance with its mission, vision, bylaws, and policies.

Members of the BOD are elected for 2 year terms, and can serve up to 3 consecutive terms.  The BOD members are expected to attend at least 75% of all regular and special meetings.

Currently, the BOD meets once a month, on the second Monday of the month and meetings begin at 7:00 PM. The schedule is subject to change, and special meetings may be held on weeknights, and sometimes weekends. We strive to keep the regular meetings to 1.5-2 hours.  You should plan on an annual retreat (usually in early June) where we spend 1 day reviewing and planning for the upcoming season.  Typically, BOD members spend between 2 and 5 hours per month dedicated to their BOD role.

Members of the BOD are expected to attend all major Club events, such as the Gala and our annual general members’ meeting.  Also, each member of the BOD is expected to serve on at least one committee, including chairing a committee on which they may serve.

Applications for interested BOD members are due not later than by 5 PM MDT on May 1, of each year. This allows ample time for interview processes with the existing BOD members, and to prepare for the annual general members’ meeting.  Additional information about BOD member expectations is available upon request.  Please submit completed application by completing this Google form.  Please submit any questions about the elections process via email to: [_______________________]

Thank you for your interest in the Club, for your application, and your willingness to serve our athletes and community.
