Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the Arts Council of Princeton. Please note that teens must be at least 14 years old to volunteer.


Tasks that may be assigned on any given day could be, but not limited to:

On-location at ACP:
Classroom Assistance
Studio organization
Studio cleaning:
     Clean brushes, palettes 
     Clean chairs
     Clean tables
Prep materials for classes
Sharpen pencils
Organize art supply boxes
Create art kits

Remote:
Flyering (post flyers around Princeton or your town)
Make cards for various occasions
Write donor thank you cards
Research on an assigned topic

VOLUNTEER AGREEMENT
All teens are responsible for coming to any programs or community service hours they have committed to. Teens must provide at least 24 hours’ notice, by phone or email, if they cannot attend.
Each volunteer is expected to fulfill the duties assigned for the day.
Each teen is responsible for filling out his/her Volunteer Timesheet in the Binder at the front desk, each time he/she volunteers.
All volunteer letters must be requested by email or in a written form. Please allow a minimum of two weeks for your letter to be generated.
