Information:

ONE CAKE ORDER = 1 FORM SUBMISSION
You must submit ONE FORM FOR EACH CAKE that you purchased. This is because each cake might have different recipients, and therefore needs to be booked separately. This also applies to multiple cakes bought on the same date. Again, 1 cake = 1 form submission.

Date of Delivery:
Make sure that the date you're going to input the form is the same slot that you purchased in our website! Your order will be void if you input a slot that's different from the date you booked.

Form Submissions submitted without confirmed slot / reservation via our website will not be merited.

SUMMARY OF ORDER

DESIGN INTERVIEW
We will reach out to you via your submitted social media account handle to discuss the design of your cake.

BILLING
You will receive an updated billing/invoice via email should there be additional charges in your final design of shipping options.
