This form is to be used to complete registration for the HCPSS Black Student Achievement Program's (BSAP) - Saturday Mathematics Academy (SMA).  Students must be in grades 3 -12 to be registered in the program.  Please complete the entire form to register your child for the 2019 fall session.  When you have completed this form, click the SUBMIT button.

The entire form must be completed and submitted in order to properly register your child.

If you do not see a confirmation message,  your information has not been sent and your registration is incomplete.  On the confirmation page you will see important payment information.
 
**The registration fee is $80 and must be made on September 21, 2019.  Students who receive FARMS  pay $40 and will be verified by our Food Services and Nutrition office.  Failure to submit the correct payment on September 21, 2019, will forfeit your child's space in the class and your child will be added to the waiting list.  Payments are non-refundable.

**Registration is from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm or until capacity is reached.
   * All payments must be made on September 21, 2019.  
   * On-line payments can be posted until 11:59 p.m. (includes 4% processing fee)
   * On-site payments can be made at Oakland Mills HS Cafeteria until 12:00 p.m.
   * You MUST first register your child with BSAP Saturday Math Academy before making payment.

**Failure to pay for registration on September 21, 2019 forfeits your child’s class placement and they will be added to the waiting list.
 
Your child must be registered for the same grade or math instructional level they are currently taking in school.
