2024 CJMEA Elementary/Middle School Concert Band and Orchestra Festival Application
Please complete the items below to submit your request to perform.  Performance times will be given on first come, first served basis AND based on scheduling needs. Please be as flexible as possible.  We will limit the festival to a maximum of eight ensembles. The festival will run from 9:30am-1:30pm and we ask that each group stay to listen to as many groups as your schedule allows to give each performer a good audience.

Each ensemble from a school requires a $150 participation fee. Once application is received and reviewed, you will be asked to mail the $150 check (made out to CJMEA) to:
