CCD Small Groups - Group Leader Application Form February 2024
Please complete this form if you would like to lead a small group as part of City Church Dundee's programme of small groups running from February-March 2024.

We'd love to see a whole range of groups on offer - fellowship, sports, games, coffee, bible study, sharing of life skills, creative - the list goes on! This could be a great opportunity to invite friends and family into our groups and welcome them to City Church.

If you would like to offer two (or more) different groups, please fill out and submit for one group, then reload the form (don't click edit!) and submit for your other group.

These groups will run from the start Feb for around 6-8 weeks. The deadline for applications is 15th January.
