Under the terms of this Non-Disclosure Agreement, (1) any written, recorded, streamed or otherwise experienced gameplay materials or resources provided to you AND (2) explicitly flagged as confidential or "under NDA" via game engine, email, Discord or other social media as a part of your Pre-Beta playtesting CANNOT be shared, shown or otherwise communicated to anyone without explicit permission. Penalty for breach of this agreement includes but is not limited to personal ban from future gameplay and Discord access as well as any potential pursuit of copyright enforcement. Anything already public or shared without violation of this Non-Disclosure agreement is not covered by these terms. Lastly, certain Pre-Beta playtesting members may have their Non-Disclosure terms lessened when becoming a Warmaster or Sage within our community.
