Salisbury PD Evidence Concerns
The Office of the Public Defender is currently identifying criminal convictions that involved evidence held at the Salisbury Police Department.  We are working diligently to gather as much information as possible and to determine whether there is any basis to challenge cases in which evidence was held in the Salisbury Police Department’s evidence room.
